Wollemi and Gardens of Stone National Parks will enthral visitors with vast forest vistas, ferny glens, waterfalls, unique rock formations and sandstone plateaus that fall away into deep valleys. The Newnes Plateau, Wolgan Valley and Capertee Valley hold intriguing relics of the oil shale industry, while around Lithgow itself you can discover a rich industrial and rail heritage.
